During his military career Bob was promoted to Major three years early and was awarded two Silver Stars, two Bronze Stars, two Purple Hearts, the Legion of Merit, seven Air Medals, and the POW medal. A disabled veteran, he will bring his knowledge and association with veterans and their needs. Additionally, his organizational and management skills will assist Veterans Sourcing Group in helping to expand employment opportunities for our Veterans – our Heroes.

Reg Dryzga is a combat decorated Marine Viet Nam veteran having served as a Captain in 1968 and 1969. He resigned his commission after the POWs came home in 1973. Reg went on to earn an MBA from the Wharton School.
From 2003 to 2007, Reg served 42 months as a civilian volunteer in Iraq, embedded with various Marine units in Anbar province. Much of the time Reg lived “outside the wire” with the second largest tribe in Iraq. Reg and the tribe performed reconstruction projects throughout Anbar Province. Reg will be instrumental in guiding the recruitment and training effort necessary to get our veterans ready to join VSG.

Tom is very active and acclaimed for his civic contributions and his ongoing close ties to West Point and the Veteran community.
